Mindtora totals your professional development hours across the period. Your Learning Record itself is submitted to the College — check CRPO’s published guidance to confirm what it expects and whether the hours you log may count toward your requirements.

CRPO’s Quality Assurance Program describes 20 hours of learning activities per year, or 40 hours across two years. Requirements are set by the College and change over time, so confirm the current expectation against CRPO’s own published guidance rather than relying on a summary here.

No. Log learning activities completed anywhere — supervision, peer consultation, conferences, reading, webinars from other providers — alongside anything you complete in Mindtora, so one record covers the whole period rather than a slice of it.

CE, or Continuing Education, credits belong to the organisation that ran the training. Professional development is your own programme with the College. A course can carry CE credits from its provider and also be logged as a learning activity in your record — they are two different things, and Mindtora keeps both.

No. Mindtora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by CRPO or any other College. It is a record-keeping tool built for regulated clinicians in Canada; your requirements come from your College, not from us.
